The joint-stock company “Linas Agro” (hereinafter - Linas Agro), legal entity code: 147328026, registered office address: Smėlynės g. 2C-3, LT-35143 Panevėžys, email: [email protected], is part of the AB Akola Group group of companies and the controller of your personal data.
In some of the following cases, Linas Agro may be a joint controller of your personal data with other company(ies) in the AB Akola Group.

For the purpose of administering enquiries for goods and services on the website, Linas Agro processes the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, district, information contained in the enquiry, information on machinery (plough, tractor, etc.), model of machinery, information on the farm/company. These personal data are processed based on a legitimate interest in communicating with customers and stored for 1 (one) year after the request is resolved.
For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property (video surveillance), Linas Agro processes the following personal data: images of objects in the field of view, including images of people, their location and movement through areas covered by cameras, belongings carried, behavior and other related information (date and time). This data will be kept for 14 (fourteen) days.
Data subjects are informed about the places where video surveillance is carried out in the area of Linas Agro by means of warning signs.
For the purpose of selection of candidates for vacancies Linas Agro processes the following personal data: name, surname, education, work experience and other information provided by the person in his/her CV and motivation letter. This personal data is processed for the legitimate interest of the candidate's selection and based on your consent and is stored for 3 (three) months from the date of recruitment.
If you are not selected for further selection, the CV shall be stored only with your separate consent and, in the absence of consent, shall be destroyed within 1 (one) month of the end of the selection process.
Due diligence on business partners requires the completion of a Business Partner Familiarisation Questionnaire and Business Partner Declaration. For this purpose, Linas Agro processes the following personal data: name, surname, position, signature of the person acting on behalf of the business partner: name, surname, date of birth, nationality, address of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, address of the legal entity, the name, surname, nationality, date of birth, the name, surname, date of birth, shareholder: name, surname, date of birth, amount of shares, the ultimate beneficiary: name, surname, date of birth, nationality, percentage of ownership, and the personal data contained in the copies of the documents requested. In addition, information on the Data Subjects included in the verification is collected from publicly available information sources, including but not limited to public registers, public media and other sources.
The personal data referred to above are processed on the basis of legitimate interest for the purpose of knowing our partners and are kept for a minimum of 5 (five) calendar years from the end of the verification being carried out and the end of the verification being carried out.
For the processing of personal data Linas Agro has used the data processing tool of the Data Processor UAB "iDenfy" (legal entity code 304617621, address Kaunas, Gričiupio g. 7-212, LT-51372 Kaunas).
In order to ensure the proper implementation of obligations, Linas Agro processes the following personal data of shareholders, members of the management body, final beneficiaries and other interested persons: name, surname, personal identification number, place of residence, date of election, copy of the final beneficiary's passport, information on the participation of the permanent beneficiary and his/her close relatives in the political activity, personal data contained in the decisions of the Board of Directors and the General Shareholders' Meeting, protocols and authorisations. Personal data are processed in the exercise of a legal obligation or legitimate interest and, in individual cases, on the basis of consent.
Personal data processed for this purpose shall be kept for the period provided for by law.
Ensuring adequate protection of whistleblowers, prevention of corruption, implementation of equal opportunities, protection of human rights and other sustainability factors, Linas Agro processes the following personal data of the persons concerned: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, content of the notification or other informative text, evidence of the violation provided by you: video and/or audio recordings, photo, screenshot, communication, etc. Personal data is processed in order to comply with a legal obligation or legitimate interest. Personal data processed for this purpose shall be kept for the time prescribed by law.
